美国、欧盟、澳大利亚、韩国等国家和地区是世界上互联网与教育发展最先进的代表,它们在互联网与教育方面不断出台新的政策,体现出共同点:重视基础设施建设、加强资源内容供给和提升教师技术能力等;又分别表现出重视学习结果认证、重视产业发展、注重领导力、建立合作关系等特色,这为我国推进互联网与教育的深度融合提供了借鉴。


【英文摘要】:

The United States, the European Union, Australia and South Korea are of the most advanced representatives in the development of Internet and education in the world. They introduce new policies continuously in these fields, which reflect common grounds: making efforts in infrastructure construction, strengthening the supply of educational resources and enhance technical capacities of teachers. These policies also show different characteristics, such as putting emphasis on the importance of learning results accreditation, paying attention to industrial development, focusing on leadership, establishing cooperative relations,which provides reference for China to promote a deep integration of the Internet and education.
