大数据在教育领域的应用日益受到广泛关注,但在教育治理能力现代化构建中的应用仍处于探索阶段。文章分析了大数据时代教育治理能力的现代化,并探讨了大数据在教育治理能力现代化构建中的技术帮助、智力支持、方法选择以及现实动力价值。在此基础上,分析了大数据时代教育治理能力现代化构建面临的教育大数据欠缺,教育治理主体对大数据认识不足,教育领域大数据发展规划起步晚、任务重等现实挑战。最后指出大数据时代教育治理能力现代化构建的实施路径:借助大数据技术收集教育数据,打造教育大数据平台;提升教育治理主体及其人员的大数据素养;响应国家教育信息化发展规划,将大数据工作落实到教育治理的行动中。


【英文摘要】:

The application of big data in educational field has received increasing attention, but the application in the modern construction of education governance capacity is still in the exploratory stage. The paper analyzes the modernization of education governance capacity in the age of big data, and discusses the technical assistance, intellectual support, method selection and realistic dynamic value of big data in modern construction of education governance capacity. Then the challenges faced by the construction are analyzed, including the lack of education data, insufficient knowledge of big data of education governance body, the late start of big data development planning and heavy tasks etc. Finally, some implementation paths are pointed out, including collecting educational data to build educational big data platform with the aid of big data technology, improving the quality of education governance body, and implementing big data work into the action of educational governance in response to national education information development planning.
