[摘 要] 碎片化学习是“互联网+”时代学习方式与学习行为的重大变革,是深受人们喜爱的一种非正式学习方式,符合当代人学习的价值取向。文章对碎片化学习的内涵作了深入辨析,分析了其外在表征;从“利”与“弊”两个角度指出了碎片化学习是一把“双刃剑”;在新建构主义理论的指导下提出了通过对碎片化知识实施复原、重构、零存整取、众创众筹等策略,可以实现碎片化知识从“碎片”到“整体”的嬗变这一观点;最终指出碎片化知识必须经过理解、吸收、内化,才能真正成为整体性、系统性、关联性的知识。

Fragmentation learning is a major change of learning style and learning behavior in the era of "Internet plus", and it is an informal way of learning which is popular with people and is in accordance with the value orientation of contemporary study. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the connotation of fragmentation learning and analyzes its external representation, and points out that fragmentation learning is a double-edged sword from its advantages and disadvantages. Under the guidance of new constructivism theory, this paper puts forward the strategy of "restoration", "reconstruction", "fixed deposit by installment", "co-planning and creation" to realize the evolution of fragmented knowledge from "fragment" to "integrality". Finally, the paper indicates that the fragmented knowledge can truly become holistic, systematic and relevant after it is understood, absorbed and internalized.
