“自带设备”进入企业已获得推广,目前在美国基础教育中也在逐步推行学生自带设备进入学校,开展移动学习。基于已有政策与宏观数据,分析本土基础教育移动设备的占有量与使用环境保障后发现,从个人可以支付的移动设备及连接网络的情况,以及现有的学校信息化的环境来看,已经为实现“自带设备”教育应用提供了基本保障。编制问卷调查学校利益共同体对“自带设备”教育应用的态度发现,大多数学校与教师均不赞成自带设备进入校园,而现有的可供移动学习的教学资源不足是主要原因。在客观条件保障与主观态度综合分析的基础上,运用SWOT分析方法,对“自带设备”的基础教育应用进行战略分析,可以看到自带设备进入学校对学生、教师与学校的发展优势明显,而在实际实施过程中,显然存在理解不够深入、投入不足或不到位等情况。真正实现“自带设备”进入学校还需学校、教师在移动学习的评价、管理与应用等方面转变观念。


【英文摘要】:

"Bring your own devices" into the enterprise has been promoted, and now in elementary education in America, students are also gradually allowed to bring their own equipment to school and carry out mobile learning. Based on existing policies, macro data, analysis of the share and use of environmental protection of mobile devices in local elementary education, it is found that the basic guarantee for the realization of BYOD education has been provided from individual paying for mobile devices and connecting to the Internet, as well as the existing school informationization environment. The questionnaire survey of school stakeholders' attitudes to the application of BYOD shows that, most schools and teachers are not in favor of bringing equipment into the campus and the lack of teaching resources available for mobile learning is the main reason. Based on the comprehensive analysis of objective conditions and subjective attitudes, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the application of BYOD in elementary education. The results indicate that BYOD is advantageous for the development of students, teachers and schools. However, in actual implementation, there is a lack of understanding, or insufficient investment of the application of BYOD. The implementation of "bring the equipment" into school still needs schools and teachers to change their opinions in evaluation, management and application of mobile learning.
