信息技术的快速发展加快了全球范围内的知识更新与技术进步,催生出现实空间与虚拟空间并存的信息社会,深刻影响着人们的工作、生活与学习,数字素养成为人们在信息社会生存的关键能力和必备品质。本文采用文献综述方法,借鉴发达国家信息科技教育先进经验,吸收我国当前信息技术课程改革最新成果,针对上海信息科技教育现实问题,提出:(1)从“人、技术和社会”的关系界定信息科技学科核心素养;(2)开展小、初、高课程标准一体化修订;(3)加强学业综合评价的设计与实施,打通信息科技学业评价与高校选拔人才的通道;(4)通过数字化创新实验室建设与实验活动培养学生创新能力。


【英文摘要】:

The rapid development of information technology speeds up the updating of global knowledge and technological progress, creates a society with coexistence of real space and virtual space, and deeply affects people's work, life and learning. In information society, digital literacy becomes a necessary quality and the key competence to survive. This paper adopts literature review, learns the advanced experience of information technology in education in developed countries, absorbs the latest achievements in the current curriculum reform of information technology in our country, and then puts forward some strategies according to the problems in Shanghai information technology in education: (1) to define the core literacy of information technology based on the relationship among "people, technology and society"; (2) to revise the curriculum standards of elementary, junior and high schools; (3) to strengthen the design and implementation of the comprehensive evaluation of academic studies and to open the channels for IT evaluation and the selection of talents in universities; (4) to cultivate students' innovative abilities through the construction of digital innovation laboratories and experiment activities.
