民国是浙江电化教育兴起发展的重要时期，该时期浙江第一次建立了专门的电化教育组织机构、电化教育学术刊物和学术团体，第一次制定了全省电化教育实施计划，并且广泛而深入地开展电化教育的培训和交流，有力推动了浙江近代电化教育的发展，为浙江近代教育的发展，乃至抗日战争的胜利都作出了重要贡献。文章梳理了民国浙江电化教育发展历程，希望能对促进浙江电化教育事业发展提供有益借鉴。
【英文摘要】：
The period of Republic of China plays an important role in the development of audio-visual education in Zhejiang province. At that time, specialized audio-visual education organizations, academic journals, academic groups have been established for the first time in Zhejiang. The implementation programs of audio-visual education have been formulated, professional trainings and communications have been arranged widely and deeply to promote the development of audio-visual education and modern education as well in Zhejiang province vigorously. This has also made great contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. This paper reviews the developmental history of audio-visual education in Zhejiang province during the Republic of China and hopes to provide useful reference for the development of educational technology in Zhejiang province.
