Data governance is beneficial to scientific decision-making, efficient management, innovative service and rapid response, which is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities. In American universities, the data governance combines management with technology, characterizing feasible plans, clear responsibilities, advanced technology and wide application, which has certain enlightenments in China.
