    高校SPOC有效学习影响因素实证分析

有效学习是SPOC的核心价值诉求,受到在线学习与课堂教学中诸多因素的叠加影响。本研究在界定SPOC有效学习概念并构建理论模型基础上,编制量表分层抽样施测,使用因子分析和复回归分析法,对SPOC有效学习影响因素进行了调查和研究,结果表明:假设理论模型与实际观测数据拟合较好;对SPOC有效学习的影响因素按显著性从大到小依次为“参与度”“学习力”“线下面授”“知识编排”“生成度”“评测反馈”“平台工具”等。结合研究结论,建议在SPOC教学实践中:重构教学设计,合理设计和安排线上线下教学内容;加强教学管理,构建虚实结合的学习者共同体;转换教师角色,发挥引导、讨论、解惑等高价值水平;重视SPOC混合学习环境的设计,为学习者提供完整的学习经验。


【英文摘要】:

Effective learning is the core value of Small Private Online Course (SPOC), which is affected by many factors of online learning and classroom teaching. This study firstly defines the concept of effective SPOC learning and builds a theoretical model. Then influencing factors of effective SPOC learning are investigated and studied through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis based on the scale and survey data. The results indicate that the observed data are in good consistency with the theoretical model. According to the significance from large to small the influencing factors are as follows: participation, learning ability, face to face teaching, knowledge system arrangement, degree of generation, evaluation and feedback, platform and tools online. Finally, it is suggested that in SPOC teaching, instructional design should be reconstructed and teaching contents of online and offline should be designed and arranged reasonably. Teaching management should be strengthened and communities integrated with online and offline leaning should be established. The role of teachers should be transformed and more attention should be paid to guiding, discussing, resolving problems and so on. What's more, the design of SPOC blended learning environment should be stressed in order to provide a complete learning experience for learners.
