媒介素养测评是了解和提升我国公众媒介素养水平的基础。近几年来,联合国教科文组织提出的媒介与信息素养评估框架为我国媒介素养的实证研究提供了诸多启示,但是目前学界缺乏基于此评价体系并经过科学检验的测量工具。本研究在文献梳理的基础上,通过借鉴媒介与信息素养评估指标体系,设计了大学生媒介素养测量模型及量表,通过实证研究进行了科学检验。研究发现:(1)媒介素养测量模型得到验证,所编制的量表具有良好的信度与效度,量表在性别与家庭收入两个变量上具有严格的测量不变性;(2)被调查大学生的媒介素养处于中等水平,均值为3.48±0.58;(3)媒介素养影响因素的多元回归结果再次证明家庭收入对大学生媒介素养存在显著的正向影响,而性别对其不存在显著影响。本研究提出的测量量表有助于为同类研究构筑共同的研究基础,促进我国媒介素养实证研究与媒介素养教育的深入发展。

The assessment of media literacy is the foundation of understanding and promoting public media literacy in China. UNESCO's media and information literacy (MIL) assessment framework provides many inspirations for empirical studies of media literacy in China, but the measurement tools are not sufficient. Based on previous studies, together with MIL assessment framework, this paper designs and tests a measurement model and its scale for college students. The results find that (1) the model is verified, and the scale has good reliability and validity. Moreover, the gender and household income in the scale have strict measurement invariance. (2) The media literacy of college students is in the medium level, which is 3.48±0.58 on average. (3) The multivariate regression results of contributory factors of media literacy prove again household income has significant positive impact on college students' media literacy, while gender has not. The measurement scale designed in this study is beneficial for similar studies to promote empirical researches and education of media literacy in China.
