元认知属于高阶思维,是自主学习的重要元素,但在教与学实践中却难以进行实时的、持续的测量。本研究以学习分析技术为支撑,以前人研究为基础,以数据采集、数据分析、行为聚类、表征结果检验为脉络,采用实验研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法,分别对学习者网络自主学习行为与元认知能力进行分析与测量,以期建立自主学习行为与元认知间的关联关系,用学习行为数据表征元认知。研究选取Moodle平台的日志作为主要数据源,经相关分析、聚类分析、社会网络分析、回归分析、访谈内容分析,最终发现查阅作品、查看自身学习情况、参与交互等三类行为数据与学习者元认知水平显著相关,且表征元认知的准确度更高,为今后教与学实践中元认知的评估与干预提供参考。


【英文摘要】:

Metacognition, which belongs to higher-order thinking, is an important element of autonomous Learning. But it is difficult to measure constantly in teaching and learning practice in real-time. This study, supported by learning analytics and based on previous researches, adopts experimental research, questionnaire survey and interview to analyze and measure learners' online autonomous learning behaviors and metacognitive ability through data acquisition, data analysis, clustering of behaviors and characterization of examination results for the purpose of establishing the relationship between them, and then uses the data of learning behaviors to characterize metacognition. Based on correlation analysis, cluster analysis, social network analysis, regression analysis and content analysis of the interviews, this study, selecting the logs of Moodle platform as the main data source, finds that three kinds of behavioral data (i.e. the data of consulting works, checking their own learning and engaging in interaction) significantly correlate with the level of metacognitive ability and characterize metacognition more accurately, which provides reference for the future assessment and intervention of metacognition in teaching and learning practice.
