目前在线学习过程中流行社交化学习，学习的环境、教学模式、教学载体等都发生了深刻的变化，在线学习的教师、技术平台、学生、知识传播、认知等形成互相关联的关系网络，这将对在线学习的学习效果产生质的影响。因此，通过假设论证和调研，基于结构方程（SEM）分析出在线学习过程中社交对其学习效果的影响因素。研究发现，在线学习者社交行为几个维度中的参与度、分享、信任与认知对学习效果起到直接的影响作用，网络关系、社交性学习动机间接地对学习效果起到影响作用。
【英文摘要】：
Currently social learning is popular in the process of online learning. As a result, the learning environment, teaching modes and teaching carriers are undergoing profound changes, and the teachers, technology platform, students and knowledge dissemination, cognition of online learning form interconnected networks which have significant impacts on learning outcomes. This paper, through empirical study, based on structural equation, analyses the effects of social contact on learning outcomes of online learning. The study results shows that participation, sharing, trust and cognition of online learners play a direct role in their learning outcomes, and network relationship and social learning motivation have indirect effects.
