美国总统行政办公室联合美国国家科学技术委员会,于2016年10月共同发布了《规划未来,迎接人工智能时代》研究报告。该报告对人工智能的发展现状、应用领域、目前存在的问题等进行了调研,并对美国政府及相关机构提出了相应的发展建议和对策。目前,智慧教育等理念已成为教育研究者关注的焦点。“智慧”的背后,除了需要先进的教育教学理念,更是离不开人工智能技术的支撑。本文在对上述报告的核心部分进行解读的基础上,结合我国人工智能教育的发展现状,提出了我国人工智能教育应用的发展建议,以期为相关研究提供有益的借鉴和参考。


【英文摘要】:

Executive Office of the President and National Science and Technology Council Committee on Technology published the report of "Preparing for the Future of Artificial Intelligence" in October 2016. This report investigates the current status, applications, existing problems of artificial intelligence, and provides corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for American government and related institutions. At present, smart education, smart classroom and so on are becoming the research focuses. For "wisdom", in addition to the need of advanced educational ideas, the support of artificial intelligence technology is inseparable. Based on the interpretation of the core part of that report and the present situation in China, this paper presents suggestions of artificial intelligence in education in China for the purpose of providing beneficial reference.
