文章主要基于“国培计划2015”中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程,以参加培训的教师为研究对象,通过社会网络分析法和内容分析法对笔者负责的某教师工作坊中知识交互的现状进行分析,重点研究教师工作坊中知识交互的社会网络结构以及知识交互的数量和质量。通过分析发现教师工作坊中知识交互的社会网络结构比较稀疏,成员之间的联系较少,网络密度小,大部分成员都处于边缘化状态;交互内容反映教师主要关注信息技术如何应用于课堂,但交互缺乏学术性支持,容易造成工作坊成员的片面认识。最后基于研究结论提出一些促进教师知识交互的建议。


【英文摘要】:

National Training Program 2015 aims at improving teachers' competence in applying information technology both in primary and secondary school. Taking teachers trained in that program as research objects, this paper analyzes the current status of knowledge interaction in teachers workshops by social network analysis and content analysis. The social network structure and the quantity and quality of knowledge interaction are the focuses of the study. The research results indicate that the social network structure of knowledge interaction in teachers workshops is relatively sparse with less contact between members and lower network density, and most members are marginalized. Teachers pay much attention to how to use information technology in their classrooms, but since their interaction is short of academic support, teachers are likely to form one-sided understanding. Finally, some suggestions to promote knowledge interaction in teachers workshops are put forward.
