在我国推进教育信息化的背景下,MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses)在全球高等教育领域迅速兴起并广泛应用,对大学教学管理产生了全面而深刻的影响。文章分析了MOOCs对大学现行教学观念、教学管理范式、教学管理制度等方面的挑战。在此基础上,提出MOOCs背景下我国大学教学管理创新的路径,大学应积极构建适应MOOCs教学管理的体现大学使命的教学文化,着力建设在线教学文化与教学团队文化,推动中国大学教师走向卓越教学;构建教学管理新范式,积极共享利用MOOCs平台优质课程,建设中文慕课平台,改造和建设本土化慕课课程,推进“专业管理”向“课程管理”转变;促进教学管理制度创新,探索MOOCs认证制度,构建MOOCs混合式教学模式,改革MOOCs教学管理方式,促进MOOCs可持续发展。


【英文摘要】:

With the development of educational informationization, MOOCs grow quickly and are used widely in the field of higher education all over the world, which has a comprehensive and profound impact on university teaching management. This paper analyses the challenges to current teaching ideas, teaching management paradigm, teaching management system and so on brought by MOOCs, and then suggests approaches of innovative university teaching management. Universities should actively nurture teaching culture embodying the mission of university and adapts to MOOCs teaching management, build online teaching culture and team culture and drive Chinese university teachers to excellence in teaching. Meanwhile, a new paradigm of teaching management should be set up in order to share and use high quality courses in MOOCs platform, to set up Chinese MOOCs platform, to transform and construct localized MOOCs, and to promote the transformation of teaching management from "the major-oriented" to "the curriculum-oriented". What's more, universities should promote the innovation of teaching management system, explore MOOCs certification system, build MOOCs hybrid teaching model, reform MOOCs teaching management mode to facilitate the sustainable development of MOOCs.
