城市学习环境是智慧城市建设的重要内容,也是学习型城市建设的重要支持。 “终身学习”“学习型社会”理念得到社会广泛认同,学习环境研究领域也从学校拓展到校外的家庭、社区、职场等不同场域,但以往研究仍以学校学习环境研究为主,将各种学习环境结合起来的实证研究较少。文章从城市“学习者”视角出发,以《2016中国城市智慧学习环境指数报告》的调查研究为基础,对城市中市民所处的学校、家庭、社区、职场、场馆等典型场域中的学习环境的发展特征进行描述和分析,指出城市不同场域中的学习环境的发展并不均衡,各学习环境之间存在一定相关性;人均GDP、人口密度等与学习环境的发展相关;市民参与社区学习和场馆学习的情况存在性别和年龄差异。


【英文摘要】:

The learning environment in a city plays a significant role in the construction of a smart city, and is also the important support of a learning city. Since the concepts of lifelong learning and learning society are widely accepted, the studies of learning environments expand to those of off-campus fields, such as family, community, and workplace. The previous researches mainly center on school learning environment, and not many empirical researches are about the combination of different learning environments. Based on 2016 Report of Index of Smart Learning Environment for Chinese Cities, from the perspective of learners in the city, this paper describes and analyzes the developmental characteristics of learning environments in typical fields in a city, such as school, family, community, workplace, museum and so on. The results indicate that the development of the learning environment in different fields is not balanced, but there is some correlation among those learning environments. GDP per capita and population density of a city are correlated with the development of learning environments. Moreover, citizens' participation in community learning and museum learning shows difference in gender and age.
