起点决定行动方向,智慧教育的渊源直接影响其科学发展。由IBM公司“智慧地球”派生的“智慧教育”,不是真正意义上的智慧教育,其实质仅仅是较高层次的教育信息化。真正的智慧教育是“互联网+”教育的新形态,是智慧时代所呼唤的与时代相匹配并以引领时代为己任的新教育。人类走向智慧时代、国家创新建设、学界自觉以及教育要素改变引发的新需求等,呼唤和推动教育走向更大的智慧,走向智慧教育。智慧教育一定要从相当程度上已被误入歧途的“器”和“术”的层面,跃迁到“法”和“道”的层面,还中国人高度认可、以创新创造为最大特征的智慧的本来面目,从而真正建构培养时代之人的教育新制度、新秩序、新模式、新方式,让教育真正具有时代智慧。


【英文摘要】:

Which way to go is always determined by the starting point. The origin of wisdom education directly affects its scientific development. Wisdom education derived from IBM's Smarter Planet doesn't reflect the essence of wisdom education, and virtually it just represents a higher level of educational informationization. The real wisdom education is a new form of "Internet+" education, a new education in wisdom age with great responsibility. The new demands caused by human beings in wisdom age, the national innovative construction, the academic consciousness and the changes of educational factors make education move to wisdom education. Wisdom education should focus on the "law" and "methods", but not the "machinery" and "operational skills", and consequently the nature of wisdom education, reflected by innovation, can be exhibited. As a result, the new system, new order, new modes and new ways of education can be constructed to cultivate personnel for the new age.
